Teamspace permissions

Whether an operation on a teamspace is allowed is determined by the workspace role, plus the teamspace's resource role. Operations on notebooks within a teamspace are also determined through this resource role (for details, see Notebook). For a feature overview, see Teamspace.

Resource role

Teamspace Owner and Teamspace Editor / Viewer aren't mutually exclusive. If a user has more than one, the broader permission applies.

RoleSummary
Teamspace OwnerCan manage the target teamspace even without being a Workspace Owner
Teamspace EditorCan edit notebooks and folders within the teamspace
Teamspace ViewerCan view notebooks and folders within the teamspace

Up to 3 Teamspace Owners can be added (Fixed limits and constraints).
